Having worked primarily in safety net healthcare organizations, which are highly complex and regulated environments, my focus has been to implement sustainable regulatory processes and mitigate risk management issues; while engaging staff in their ownership of processes, standards and policies. Simultaneously, coaching the leader to move from a manager to a senior leader role for sustainable outcomes.

Having a surveyor background & hands-on expertise with the Joint Commission (JC)  requirements; I have assisted many organizations to become JC certified.
